Like most of us, time is very precious and limited to what we can do with our Flickr affliction. My time is divided between work, family, work, travel work, photography, flickr, keeping on top of paperwork for the small company I run and housework. Probably in that order!

I may be slow in responding to any favs/comments/views/adds but I'll catch up eventually.

I consider myself as appreciator of art, though I don't know much about it.

I see beauty all around me and try to capture it:

In the way the sunlight hits an old wall;

In the way a split second of someone's walk has been captured with a flick of hair, movement of arms, legs, etc demonstrating dynamic flow;

In the way a child looks innocently into a camera lens;

A moment when someone is lost in thought;

In beautiful combinations of colour, tones, mood and lighting;

In spectacles of nature; wind, sea, energy, clouds, rain, aurora;

In unwavering and intense eye contact;

Displays of emotion;

The ways we are moved by images is endless and I am pleased and honoured to be part of the Flickr community. There are some awesome images which have genuinely deserved their popularity and credit to the photographers and artists who have that skill.

My aim is to appreciate and learn more here and be better tomorrow and the days after, and I hope you enjoy my photos and art so far presented.
