Your photos get people to think and that's what really matters. Your skills and ideas are developing in such a fast pace, it's so astonishing to see. And watching you working behind and in front of the camera is truly inspiring to me. I am so glad to know you and I really had the best time with you on all these meetups. Your work inspires me so much and I can't even imagine where you will be in a couple of years, but what I know is that you will do great and you will deserve every good thing which is coming towards you and your career in the future. I rather recently discovered David's work and although I struggle to understand his surname, the meaning of his work and the beauty of his portfolio is extremely clear. David uses colour and contrast like no one i've ever seen, and breaking from the traditional 'square crop' in his fine art pieces, David is wonderfully talented in terms of composition. I think my favourite photo from David is by FAR 'Hell's Child' in which David depicts a character (shot as a self portrait) covered in coal, shot on a harsh black background interjected with elements of flames. The first time I saw it i remember thinking to myself that this was literally the best thing ever. The quality is sharp, the message is clear, the tone and colour are beautifully crafted to create a really visually striking piece. There is a huge amount of respect for David for having such a well honed talent at such a young age but I won't get into that too much. All I will say is that if he's capturing such detailed conceptual art at this age, I cannot wait to see what he progress' and develops into. I am completely sure that David will come into his own and build on his style and I'm also sure that'll it'll only improve his unique set of imagery.

Dear David, I wanted to write you a testimonial for so long and I finally found the time to write it. I still remember how I found your photos. Someone said the photo he took was inspired by you. I clicked on the link to your profile and was wondering why I haven't seen something of you before. When I saw "[week 30] about dancing in the snow" it was clear to me that you are going to be one of my favorite photographers on here. In the following weeks you were growing so fast. Whenever I thought you cannot get better you uploaded a photo even more mind blowing than everything before. You are so inspiring and your ideas seem to be endless. All of your photos are flawless and unique. And I cannot wait to see more of your work, to see how you will grow in the next years because I am sure we can expect great things. I am so happy to know you personally. You are not just an amazing photographer, you are a wonderful person yourself. It started all with a print exchange, do you remember? We started writing each other and planned meeting in summer. You were the first person I could talk with about photography for hours. Dear David, the first of your photos I have ever seen was 'week 9' - the one with the burning red crown. And I was amazed. Everything about it was perfect. The gaze, the mood, the shadow, the red burning paper-crown, the sweater. I looked for more and found 'Emergency Exit' and I asked myself 'damn when was the last time I created something as good as that??' Then I found 'Numb' and 'Death's Nest' and I knew it had happened: I was in love with your work. And that was before I found out you are 14.... That nearly killed me. Worst thing of all was when I met you and hoped you were at least a boring and dumb person but SURPRISE you are fun and clever and nice. And confusingly mature with your thoughts. All in all you are amazing David. I adore your art and you are an incredible person. I hope one day I will introduce you to my children and say 'That's David, he took all the breathtaking photographs that hang on the walls at home.'
