I am a piano teacher, piano player and musician working in Liverpool, with a life long love of the mountains, hills and and the beauty of nature. Combined with a life long interest in photography, particularly landscape photography, means I take far too many photos and have far too many cameras, although I tend only to use one or two at any given time. My first camera was a box camera and my second a plastic Russian Cosmic 35, with all the joys of guessing the exposure! When I was younger I always wanted to have a darkroom, but it was never to be. But now, with digital photography the darkroom has been replaced by post-capture processing, so I have a darkroom in my computer.
