Originally from Nottingham but now living in Wiltshire on the edge of the Cotswolds.

I bought my first SLR camera, a Canon AE1, when I was 15 after saving all my pocket money. For a number of years I took my camera everywhere with me but work and other things eventually got the better of me. 30 years later I bought a Nikon DSLR and my interest was rekindled. My particular interest is landscape photography along with architectural photography. I also dabble in aerial photography using a kite mounted camera and recently (responsible) drone photography. I try to get away a couple of times a year to the remote parts of the UK for photography trips, a favourite being the western isles of Scotland.
