David is a full-time geologist and a lunchtime photographer with an interest in many photographic genres. Born in Glasgow, Scotland, he grew up in the Stirlingshire countryside where city life and living remained an idle curiosity until a freelance career took him on a weekly 900-mile round trip commute to London. The photos displayed here are, in no particular order, the product of weekly experiments in recording city life over ten years combined with a passion for recording his native land.
