I am a happily married (49 years) to my wonderful wife Judy; we have 3 children, all married, with 6 grandchildren. I am a attorney specializing in tax fraud and federal criminal cases and still practice as Senior Counsel to my firm, Capes Sokol (Capessokol.com) on a limited basis. I also run a photography business dealing in and selling both photos from a collection I had developed over the years as well as selling my own images. From my interest in studying and acquiring original black and white and color fine art photography, I developed an interest in making it. I have spent the past 22 years working to do that. My principal artistic interest was in people and street photography; it has expanded from that to travel, natural and urban landscapes, and animal photos. In addition to my wife and family, fine art photography has become a joy of my life!
