In a two room studio above the garage, David and Carol Huffman produce 1:12 scale unusual dollhouse furniture. David in his room builds the furniture. Mostly Mission, Deco, Southwestern and Tudor designs. The piece then goes to Carols room, where she inlays it. Using the thinnest of exotic woods, mother of pearl, brass and even sterling strips, the end results is a one of kind piece. Denver Museum Show on September 12th and 13th. Prices range from $20 for a blanket chest to $300 for a fully inlaid Tudor fireplace.
