Up until recently I have preferred to shoot with available/natural light, handheld, without flash even if it meant high iso shots, but I've recently caught the strobist bug ( see strobist.com ) and lately I've found myself shooting with flash more than without.. perhaps that will change again in the spring with the nice weather.. we'll see.

I love getting any kind of feedback / CC on any of my photos.

I also like to follow the discussion threads of several of the groups I belong to, but occasionally the day job will force me to be MIA from Flickr at times.

I shoot with a Canon 40D and usually 1 of these 3 lenses:

Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM

Canon EF 50mm f/1.2L USM

Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM

some shots may also be a Canon Powershot SD950IS

I use CyberSync triggers/receivers as needed with Vivitar 285HVs
