Hi, my name is Dave Harris. I'm an artist living in Cardiff, Wales. I specialise in portraits and detailed pencil drawings. I work with graphite pencils as I find a black and white image to be much more effective and I believe creates a more atmospheric piece of artwork.

I recently set up my own business, Dave Harris Art, and my artwork can be viewed at www.daveharrisart.co.uk. I finally now have the opportunity to concentrate my efforts on my lifelong passion for producing my own artwork. I offer a commissioning service for portraits and pencil drawings and I also offer a range of limited edition Giclee prints.

I'm a big sports fan and have drawn various sports stars including England’s victorious Ashes winning squad of 2005. That was a moment to remember! I also enjoy films and have created montages of classic films such as the Great Escape and Bullitt.
