I admit it. Among amateurs, Dave got me into photography, and now here I am engulfed in the creative monster that is my mind. He's got quite the talent himself, taking what others find ordinary and putting his own spin on it. His style is different from mine, yet something is so familiar lies beneath the decidedly different subjects of choice - he of a more rural setting, I of a more urban upbringing. It really is a profile of juxtaposition and contrasts.... yet, again, I can relate to them all all the same. Whether it's the composition, exposure, or a combination of the two, I feed on his style, and maybe he on mine. The two of us still troop on with our ancient DSLRs, fighting the war against the arsenal of new cameras out today that make taking clean pictures all too easy. Rock on.
