A dedicated lifelong walker, I have always carried a camera to catch anything I see on my rambles which takes my fancy. I tend not to go too far out of my way for a photo opportunity, but just to shoot what I see as I walk. I used a Canon Sureshot for many years before my first foray into digital photography with a Kodak Z740 then a Fujifilm Finepix HS20EXR.

Nowadays I have converted to DSLR and mainly photograph wildlife, landscape and night sky, although I still occasionally shoot other subjects.
