I've been photographing trains since I was a kid in the late 1970's and over more recent years have become a published photographer with my shots featuring in RAIL magazine and on TV, and my photos have also been used by companies like DB Cargo, Freightliner, Avanti West Coast, Rail Operations Group, and more.

Whilst I'll always try to go for those more unusual STP workings, heritage locos, and mainline steam, I always cover the regular day to day passenger and freight workings as you never know how things might change over time - and looking back through my site you can see this happen many times!
