I'm a black man working out of the country in Iraq. Love feet, especially painted toes in high heels. Pumps are ok if 3.5+ inches and Mary Janes (had to learn that one) but everything else such as peep-toe heels, mules, sandels, plats, and wedges should be at least 4+ inches.

Painting your toes makes it even more better.
