Born in Belgium in 1974. Working as a webmaster since 1999. Busy with computers since childhood. That and skateboarding (until I busted my knee).

Never had the money to pay for all the filmdevelopment a photography nut will encounter so I only jumped on the bandwagon when digicams appeared. First had a compact Olympus 820 in 2000-2003, but it broke down after a two week walk through the Egyptian desert.

Bought a Nikon D70 in April 2005 and switched it to a D300 in June 2008. Lenses used : 10-20, 50 (1.8), 17-55 (2.8), 18-70 (3.5-5.6), 70-200 (2.8).

Joined photocollective drieduizend in August 2005. I quickly discovered I mostly like shooting stand up comedy and concerts (see the sets). Low light conditions without using flash.
