I was always that girl with a camera. But it was usually a disposable one. In college, I took a photojournalism course and realized that I like photographs more than snapshots, but candids more than posed. After my first SLR broke (after only two years!!...boo, Nikon!) I bought a Canon point-and-shoot and couldn't stop there. Money is an obstacle for me, so I started with the XTI...and slowly upgraded my lens kit. In January 2007, I officially started my business: Darbi G. Photography & Design. Weddings, children, families...I love using my lens to bring life to life.

Darbi G has captured SO many important moments in my family's life. She's done everything for us. Maternity pics, newborn pics, family shots, Christmas cards. There is NOTHING this woman can't capture with her lens and her sharp eye. She sees things other people can't and it's amazing! If you're considering booking a photographer for ANY occassion.... stop the hunt now! I'd say she's worth every penny, but that just wouldn't be true..... she's worth MORE than what she charges. I'd book her NOW before she realizes how amazing she truly is and starts charging a flat $5000 fee for sessions. ;) That will be a sad day for me... when I can no longer afford her talent. ;) Tisha
