I've always needed a creative outlet, and photography has been it since the mid-90s. I mostly shoot with Nikon gear: a D300, a pair of SB900s, and my most-used lenses are Nikon's 17-55 mm f2.8 and 70-200 mm f2.8 (though there are several others I enjoy, too). When out on the water I use a Pentax W90, occasionally use my wife's Nikon P6000, and of course I'm happy to always have the iPhone with me to nab anything else.
