I am a tropical biologist studying various aspects of the biology of harvestmen (also known as daddy longlegs), animals which belong to the arachnid order Opiliones. Most of my field work takes place in the rain forests of Central America. My work brings me to exciting new places where there is an incredibly diverse flora and fauna, beautiful natural scenery and many different interesting cultures. My passion for photography helps me to share these experiences with family, friends and strangers alike.
