I am 22 years old as of 22/11/2010

I have decided to start a 365 (an idea stolen from others) in the hope I will see some improvement in my work and maybe gain some advice based on actual Images. Thanks for checking out my profile and captures it is much appreciated. Any advice is gratefully received....good and bad.
