Had an old Minolta in the days gone by, but with the advent of digital cameras in the early 2000's I lost interest in photography. I liked the idea of the convenience of digital files but most of the cameras at the time had no manual controls, awful shutter lag and were prohibitively expensive! I recently bought a DSLR and it has re-awakened the interest, although it seems much more enjoyable than before.

I now have “shutter bug” - I take my camera almost everywhere.

My pictures here on flickr are an assortment of some bad and some good pictures- I seem to be using it more for a blog of my life than a means of displaying my best pictures.
