I am am Art educator by profession. Photography would have been my profession if I had not pursue an academic path instead. However, the photography era I came from was film-based, a costly medium which was less forgiving and less accessible as compared to the digital era which we are in now. And coming from a conservative background with little knowledge of what was out there in the world.....yes how I would relish the option to reset my life to zero......but yet its such a shame because even if I am able to do so, much of our natural world has diminished in the last 4 decades. My mind is constantly capturing sight, savouring the disappearing sceneries all around us. The gigabytes of images I capture, which I often share willingly, hopefully will be part of the visual archive of our disintegarting world.

My other passion is the human challege against their limits as in sports and action photography, if all our energy are channeled to competitive sports, perhaps there will be less agression in the political fields, the spirit the games as advocated by the Olympic, where competitors share their joy and agony of victory and defeat......yes, my one greatest wish is to be able to capture the Olympics while I am still physically able.
