I started taking photos analog in a digital age and yes, I still shoot analog and yes indeed, I love it.
The camera I started with is a Leica IIIa which I still use today. I like it simply because it's handy and delivers full-frame images (resolution and sharpness depend on film and lens). My skills of estimating light work just fine for negatives and a little help is still needed with color slides. In case I need better performance or flexibility of lens change, I use my Fuji X-Pro2 (which has APSC-sized sensor but is still much bigger than the IIIa).
Currently, I shoot as a hobbyist and I try all kinds of motives and post processing. I hope that someday, photography can help me make a living.
I mostly take photos with available light and at normal focal lengths.
I've tried out different techniques like long time exposure and light painting, but I'm still learning and refining my skills. My current focus lies on motion blur composition and post processing techniques.
Hopefully, I will be really qualified for a "pro" when I finally apply for the pro account some day.
