Dan Michaels Images is the name under which my wife and I post pictures we take. (my middle name is Daniel and my first name is Michael)
I am not aspiring to be a professional photographer - I just want to produce photos that I enjoy that look a little different from the average picture. I used to be a videographer and loved it - until I became a "professional". Then it became work instead of a passion. I don't want to make the same mistake with photography!
In my images I am not trying to reproduce reality. I want my pictures to reflect what I imagine it to look like - not what it actually looks like.
