I am a versatile maker at heart with a passion for hands-on learning. I have spent 13 years using art and S.T.E.A.M. to inspire kids to be curious, life long learners. I have developed lessons and curriculum to integrate Art and S.T.E.M. through creative thinking, problem solving, and collaboration. I also piloted a S.T.E.A.M. elective initiated by crowdfunding and organized interactive art shows. My teaching career has made me adaptable and flexible, from teaching art on a cart at two different schools and working with a small budget, to organizing, planning, and hosting whole school (or district) events. I am thankful that my career has allowed me to be creative and explore a variety of different pursuits.
