I'm a designer and researcher originally from the UK — living in Utrecht, Netherlands, but working for Norwich University of the Arts in the UK, after a few years living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and then Amsterdam. I also run a studio called the Imaginaries Lab where we use design methods to understand and how people imagine big issues like climate change and help them imagine in new ways imaginari.es

Most of what I'm using Flickr for at present is (very very slowly) adding details to the 1,600+ photos of British petrol stations I've taken (mostly) or acquired (a few) over the years, together with some ephemera. I don't know what significance these really have other than as a way of documenting a vanishing bit of everyday history, and it's a very niche thing to be interested in, and having a project that's nothing to do with my job, and not about meeting other people's targets, has kept me going during some tough times.
