Before moving to Bali I was living almost 15 years in Lanzarote, one of the fortunate Canary Islands and it was there where I discovered my passion for photography with the islands incredible light, landscapes and it’s active and adorable photographer community. Most of my images are landscapes as I do love the slow approach to this kind of making pictures. Getting up early, finding the right spot, waiting for the right light. But there are also quiet a few portraits and environmental portraits in my photo galleries. As well with this kind of photography I do prefer to take it slow. Immerse myself into the places and cultures of the people before I take their photograph. I believe that there is a more to photography than simply picking up a camera, pointing it onto something, and pressing the button. As the famous photographer Ansel Adams said “You don’t take a photograph, you make it.”
