I greatly enjoy technology and visual art but I find these two realms in opposition to each other much of the time. Technology is based an logic and rules while art is more about expression and feelings. My challenge as a digital artist is to find the right balance within myself and allow my creative vision to bubble to the forefront through the logical rules of my mind and the technology I use.

I find myself drawn mostly to colorful landscape images which generally allow me to pause for a moment and feel what it is that has drawn me to that location or scene. I also enjoy street photography which is typically a little more energetic and requires me to think and shoot very differently than landscapes.
