I recently got into photography this last August after purchasing a Canon 400D for my birthday. Most of my shots are somewhere outdoors such as the beach, cliffs, mountains along with some night photography that I'd really like to get into.

I think I'm almost ready to upgrade to the 40D because the xti feels like a toy.

So far the kit list contains:

Canon 400D

18-55mm kit lens i.e. CRAP

50mm 1.8

17-55mm 2.8 IS

Along with some bogen manfrotto tripod gear and remote stuff.

Looking to add:

70-200L F4 IS

300L F4 IS

10-22mm

580 EX flash

Photography is kinda expensive!
