I've been interested in photography since childhood, because my father was a good photographer (I started taking pictures at the age of 9) and for more than 70 years now, including professional photography during the 1980's.

My father used to even make up his own developers by weighing chemicals individually, and he had used about 50 different cameras during the 1930s, 1940s and 1950s (including Leica and Rolleiflex TLR). He even used glass plate negatives in his earliest days. Many of his family pictures can be seen in my album of Childhood Pictures.

I've learned a lot from him, and now in my retirement, I am writing a book on the History of Photography.
