I enjoy exploring, looking at and seeing the beautiful things that are around us - from the whole landscape to the small details within it, whether man-made or natural. When photogtaphing wildlife, I can sit patiently for many hours enjoying the peace of the moment in an otherwise fast-paced world.

I try and use photography (and art) to capture the feeling of the moment, to be able to share the experience with others, and sometimes, to simply make me smile in the future when I look back at them.

I live in a stunning place and my work takes me to some amazing places with wonderful landscapes, people and wildlife. I relish every moment.

I am currently using a Canon R6 Mkii and Canon R7 with a selection of lenses, my favourites being a Canon RF 100-500 f4.5 L, a Canon RF 24-105 f4 L and a Canon 100mm F2.8 Macro.

For snapshots, and when travelling light I use a Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II and my trusty iPhone 14 as the 'camera that is always in my pocket'.
