>> "Daria Shchinova considers her worldview as a shamanism - primordial spiritual tradition of Eurasia, in which she was dedicated by T.B.Kunga - shaman of the Ninth Heaven (the Tuva Republic, Russia). The teaching of shamanism considers the entrance to the spiritual dimension of the universe as an ability of the mind to see things «as they are». From the author`s point of view, the art of photography is completely in line with philosophical and mystical principles of the «Suchness of existence». This principle relies on the concept of "Mirror of mind" or «kuzungu», reflecting the world. The mirror highlights the things as they are, regardless of the fact you like it or not. At the same time, the «Suchness» is not confined to utilitarian documentary, leaving out the human feelings, often contradictory, moral and aesthetic evaluation. «Suchness» is an universal point of view, reflecting the interweaving of possible meanings, and creating an unique experience of «here and now».

This unique emotional experience includes a sense of material form of being, multi-layered portrait of a person, intuitive (not subject to verbalization) aspirations of a person. Displaying the texture of the universe, a photographer examines with a magnifying lens the ability to detect the meaning. This unadorned veracity of the mind arouses us the ethics of the acceptance to Ourselves and the Others, it arouses also a responsibility for the fate of the world, the

ability to enjoy its outstanding everyday beauty"
