Into the creative arts since 11 yrs old, born and raised in

Brooklyn New York, Jessie Bowers (Cypha) developed his own unique style starting with graffitti art and drawing comic book and cartoon characters, something that was popular at that time contesting and challenging other artist and friends other during his early development.

Without any formal or school training Cypha began earning money skecthing famous Hip-Hop music icons such as Das Efx, Wu Tang Clan, Eric B. & Rakim, Tupac and many others, this later turned into a small shirt and denim jean airbrushing business in the Louis Pink Housing Projects East New York section of brooklyn.

Later on encouraged by relatives, he began to break into oil painting at the age of 16 then shortly after he began to aquire the use of other mediums such as acrylic, inks, and spray paint to express his various creative visions. At the age of 18 he began to establish himself around other artist selling his paintings in the streets And small galleries of Williamsburg Brooklyn, lower Manhattan, and later in Harlem New York.

Cypha (Jessie Bowers) is not just only a painter- artist, he is a true artisan, He is a Music producer of the upcoming Ghetto Astronaut Productions, He is a poet/songwriter, a freelance graphic designer, and owner of 3 upcoming t-shirt clothing lines; HEAVY MENTAL, ELEVATED, and FLYANGEL. Among all of this he is a parent, the proud father of two boys. Cypha's main goal is to of course exhibit and sell his work national and world wide, own and operate several mutli functional creative galleries where he plans to bring his art, graphic design, spoken word, hip-hop clothing and music all in successful and lucrative forums of businesses...
