Fourth generation in a family of artists and engineers, I have spent my entire life surrounded by creative people who constantly provided outlets to push me to explore my own talents. I thrive on challenges and experiences and learn quickly as I adapt to the constant renovation of the creative world. Most of what I know about photography, I learned from one of my favorite teachers, Linda Galgani. Most of what I know about Art, I learned from my two favorite painters, my mother and grandmother. Art doesn't always have to be dark, scary, depressing or serious, like so many people want to make you believe. It doesn't have to be politically or socially controversial. It just has to be an expression of yourself. I do invest time in serious, thought provoking pieces, but the things I enjoy most are whimsical and thoughtless :)
No my dogs are not my next subject matter, they just happen to be under my feet all the time time! I try to get out to take pictures, but sometimes school, work and other of life's tedious things get in the way. The project I'm working on at the moment is "Hot Dawg Studioz". It's a "out of the ballpark" approach to studio photography. If you want serious boring family pictures, I suggest you go to JCPenny's or Walmart :)
