My Hubby is the man of my dreams and we have 3 beautiful children.

We are professional Dessert manufacturers. I am a enthusiastic :-0 novice cake decorator. I started decorating in about 2008.

I have a passion for cake decorating... a bit of an obsession really, but I consider myself still very much a novice and learn something new everytime I decorate a cake.

I am like most people mainly self taught.

I like to try and make (and think) my cakes are original and do not copy other peoples work. If I am inspired by anothers work I will always try to mention them.
