If you don't have YOUR OWN photos to share or are just posting other peoples' pictures, you will be blocked.

I share my own photos and if you want to have access to see mine, I expect the same in return. Same is true if you add any of my photos to your favorites and have nothing in your photostream, you will be blocked.
