I have always enjoyed photographs taken by others whether famous or otherwise. I view photography as a universal medium for expression and accessible made even more so today. I enjoy taking photographs and have had various cameras. I continue to use my Nikon but use my smart phone for taking shots that capture a moment. What I also like is being able to share the photo with a degree of immediacy. N.B. I have recently bought a Canon Power Shot which is lighter and gives great results and certainly makes it manageable especially when out walking.

My photographs are taken for pleasure so I don't consider them of techical or compositional excellence but hope those who do view the get something from them.
