We have a cupcake shop located in the beautiful suburb of Wentworth Falls in the Blue Mountains, a short drive from Sydney.

 

At Cup Cakery, we believe in using only the finest quality ingredients available and in taking the time to cook to traditional methods. We sift, chop, simmer, grate, whisk and mix from scratch. We poach our own fruit, make our own sauces and take pride in all we create.

 

Very importantly, all our cupcakes are baked fresh on the day they are sold. We believe that cupcakes should taste as good as they look (or even better) and to do this, we are always developing new recipes, experimenting with new techniques and exploring new flavour combinations.

 

We also believe in supporting our local community and so we buy locally wherever possible. When ingredients are not available within the upper Blue Mountains, we try to source the closest regional produce. Our organic free range eggs are from a farm at the base of the mountains and our flour is milled just west of Orange.

 

We love people to love our cakes and this is what we strive for!
