Since launching Cupcake Envy, Christina Kastendike came aboard creating a dynamic duo launching Cupcake Envy into the national spotlight. Founded in Wake Forest, North Carolina, Cupcake Envy is a totally new concept in custom gifts. Their cakelet designs range from delicate little purses and charming pots of flowers to pears and sushi all of which are created out of moist and delicious cake.

Cupcake Envy offers 2 sizes for most designs; 1-2 servings or 3-4 servings. They offer customers many options to customize their cakelet so that it truly celebrates the recipient.

Cupcake Envy has been featured in Bride’s Magazine along with numerous online publications and blogs including Daily Candy and brides.com, ABC11. Cupcake Envy’s dress cakelets made their first TV appearance on Ugly Betty where they adorned the main hallway of Mode Magazine, aired in January 2010.

Cupcake Envy also teaches classes in Raleigh, NC area as well as nationwide. Amy will be a guest judge at the 2010 That Takes the Cake Sugar Art and Cake Competition in Austin, TX. as well as other guest appearances throughout the country.
