I am obsessed with cupcakes! My dream is to open up my own cupcakery in Melbourne, Australia one day. I have such a passion for baking cupcakes because I can use my creative flair to create something that looks and tastes amazing..it also lights up the faces of the people who eat them. Who knew such happiness and delight can come from a cupcake!

September 2010 Update: Cupcake Central's first storefront has opened on Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn!! (Melbourne, Victoria, Australia)

Thank you for all the support and encouragement as I would never have believed that I would have been able to make this dream of mine come true in less than a year. I love waking up every day to go to work and my dream has turned out better than I could have imagined.
