I am like the rolls of film still waiting to be developed in the back of my desk drawer. I'll take one out to be developed and I have no idea what it might be. Could it be me sparing with wooden swords at a Ren Faire, perhaps nature macro images from a walk through the park with my camera, or perhaps smiles and faces of those that I have loved and wanted to carry their images forward.

Is that disposable camera the one I bought because it was the magic hour of twilight and I was at Niagara Falls, or is it might be the one that was used to document a day in my life ages ago. Could these be pics of the kids when they were so young - after all they appear on almost any roll of film taken in the last 15 years or so?

I am me; a strange amalgam of light, shadow, color and odd angles wrapped in comforting smoothness. I love photography because I love the reminder that I live in a world that with but a decision to look through a viewfinder, I can find beauty wherever I am.
