When I was relatively new to the world of DSLR and flickr, there were few people I met on flickr, who guided me and are still helping me in a right direction, in terms of corrections and encouragements. Out of these lovely photographers, Scott has an eagle's share. His enormous work in the world of birds is fabulous and always brings a smile to my face. Thank you for sharing such amazing work Scott. What can I say about Mr. Girdley (or girdleyd--flickr name). He is a dedicated co-worker of mine who now shares the same photography/nature passion that I have. We work together and after showing him my first photos taken and posted on Flickr one year ago he became curious and took his little point & shoot camera and started to take photographs also, experimenting, and just having fun finding things to shoot to put on Flickr. WELL!!!!! One year and TONS of great cameras/lenses later he is a passionate nature photographer and a darn good one at that. I'm so proud of his work and enjoy sharing his talent with everyone I know. The fun part is that we see new and cool things to shoot every time we go off on a lunch break or go to Gatorland...and the friends we have both met thru Flickr is a bonus. Thanks Scott for being such a great friend. You have been a big part of why going to work at Willis is so much fun for me. I can't wait to see what we will find to shoot next!
