I am a photographer living in Corning, NY. My love for photography began as a high school student in Key West, FL and continued into college as I experienced the diversity of American life by living in a variety of different states from the Atlantic to the Pacific. After college, I spent two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the country of Georgia and upon return home I attended graduate school and eventually started work with an international non-profit. My job took me back overseas to Georgia for another four years and through it all my love and skills for photography grew. Photography has allowed me to capture the beauty of the present moment, to introduce people to new perspectives and ideas, and to show the world to those unable to see it. I moved back to the states in the fall of 2012 and since returning home I have begun exhibiting my photography to the public while serving as the Community Arts Manager for The ARTS Council of the Southern Finger Lakes.
