I’m a creative photographer, a traveler, a dreamer.

 

I was born in Milan, Italy, 1976.

 

I have a typical Information Technology background, working as a Solution Architect for one of the major worldwide companies implementing big solutions for very important and large customers… but this is only half part of the story!

 

My life has been very interesting and satisfying so far, and when it comes to talk about passions, I speak the language of photography.

 

Taking pictures and enjoying the beauty of life has always meant a lot to me. I remember I started taking photos when I was just 10 years old with an old Kodak film camera. In the last ten years, I began shooting with Canon equipment, at first on film, and in the last 7 years using digital EOS cameras. I presently shoot with an EOS 7D, but it’s not the piece of gear that makes a good shot come out.

 

I’m always looking forward to find and visit new places to discover, and capture with my camera. I take my deepest inspiration from mother nature, and especially love producing pictures about natural landscapes and peaceful scenes.

 

I also get fascinated by urban landscapes and scenarios: I love architecture as long as it describes a tension which goes beyond the pure and simple lines of buildings and structures.

 

I always try to capture the underlying and hidden meaning within a scene, a shape, a moment.
