GROTESQUE pictures and images

I have cameras, | take lots of pictures, becasue why not?!

I am on Flickr to share with you the passion for taking tons and tons of GROTESQUE picture.

If you like comically or repulsively, ugly or distorted images, you've come to the right place!

Photo is for sure a great way of communicating ...

I do like nature very much, even if I rarely see it untouched.

I would like to take pictures of various landscapes, but usually I see these only through the window of the car of or the bus.

I would have loved to travel more, to know new places, the most diverse cultures, to meet new people, to enjoy all the beauties of this wonderful planet.

But my life will soon be coming to an end, and I have not yet explored many, many beautiful corners of my own country that will remain for ever unknown ...

I also love portraits of kitties, street photography, macro photography, and documenting events.

Cameras and lenses:

During Communism, like everyone I used available Soviet-made cameras: Zorki and fed, Zenit, Kiev.

Since 2003 I have gone digital, and even if sometimes miss the color films of the nineties, I am glad I have got rid of the constrainst imposed by analog photgraphy.

I am a great fan of Canon camersa, but I've long ago discarded my 1100 D and use only compacts, currently the Mark II version of the G7X. I worn out the first, so I'm at my second Mark II!

I have two Fuji mirrorless form the X-series, but their excellent lenses are too expensive, so I crossed to the much more democratic MFT system.

As compacts, I also have three Sonys, which would be good cameras, except for the awful Menu system!

I am a documentation engineer from Romania, born in the overcrowded city of Bucharest.

Like it or not, I live and work here, so 99,9% of the pictures are taken here, in the Capital.
