Came across the sea from Auckland, New Zealand, and then lived half a lifetime in London, United Kingdom. Now I'm settled in a small village in Somerset. Took up photography in recent years and wonder why I didn't take it up in my teens/twenties. I was a singer/songwriter/guitarist in indie bands both in Auckland and London, in my younger days, (makes me sound 90!) so I guess that one creative passion at a time is enough for me. I'm having great fun on Flickr and really appreciate all of the special people I've met here.

I'm not a big fan of photoshop or lightroom, or those horrible HDR adjusted images, unless used for minor corrections. So I do very little post-production.
