I am a serious amateur photographer who has been into photography sine the 8th grade. I've used a variety of equipment over the years beginning with a Yashica Rangefinder camera, moving on to a Minolta 3000 35mm SLR, then a Minolta 3xi 35mm autofocus SLR, and now a Sony Alpha a300 digital SLR. I also own and use a Canon S1IS.
