My name is Emily Piper. I am the owner of Rumphius . . . Creativity Unhinged. I am a firm believer in grassroots America, the environmental movement and the importance of the arts in our daily lives. Through Rumphius, I teach children's arts programming including junkbox puppetry, musical theatre and world art in Westford, Massachusetts. I also create art from old things such as doors and barnwood in my Rumphius Recycled Art Outhouse Studio. I am a singer as well who loves to produce concerts focused on history and the community. I live in an 18th century farmhouse with my husband, Eric, our dog, Wallace, and our three cats, Silkie, Callie and Gaylord. We have chickens and a big organic garden.
