Our mission is to share knowledge about Service Design and connect people interested in the field to help design better services for the benefit of all.

Service Design Hamburg believes that better services can and should be designed. Our motivation is therefore to spread knowledge about our discipline and enable people interested in the field to connect and grow the discipline towards building a better society.

We organize regular events such as the Service Design Drinks where people can attend talks and exchange about their own practices. The Service design Jams are 48h workshops which give participants the opportunity to design new services together
