Born in the 1950s in a tiny village in the Black Forest (Germany) close to the Triberg waterfalls.

Years of school in a small town on the heights of the Black Forest. Fled its constrictions immediately after highschool.

Years of travelling around the world and searching. Being curious, looking with open eyes at things going on; often they were unacceptable.

A apprenticeship as a mold-maker layed the base for material life. Over the years a treasure trove of experience was collected on how this system works.

After a chance encounter and a number of years getting closer marriage of the love of his life and relocation to Switzerland.

Hobby photographer since early youth. Went digital in 2003. A couple of years ago attracted by Holgas and Pinhole Cameras and working analogue as well. Serious amateur without professional ambitions.
