What is this thing called Creative Loafing?

Creative Loafing Atlanta is the flagship of four weekly newspapers owned by Tampa, Fla., based Creative Loafing Inc. Our first issue was printed in 1972. Today, our print version (circulation: 131,000) is the second-most broadly distributed newspaper in Georgia. We're an alternative newsweekly nationally known for our coverage of news, culture, contemporary music and the arts.

Creative Loafing Inc. also publishes Creative Loafing Charlotte, N.C., Sarasota, Fla. and Tampa, Fla; as well as the Chicago Reader, and the Washington City Paper.
