Many places have become so concerned with the look of a cake that they don't realize it lacks in the taste department. Everything we sell is baked to order. We only bake from scratch and use the best ingredients we can source: real butter, heavy cream and fresh fruit. We never use mixes and we never freeze our products. In keeping with this philosophy, we don't use buttercream or fondant on our cakes. Our crowning glory is our signature Sweet Cream Icing.
